   Outdated compared to other parts of the university. The Spa shop can be expensive with some items compared to local shops. Overall the place needs to be kept cleaner as I was in there once and parts of the floor where sticky. Advertisements all over the place which is a little bit too much at times.

   No ingredient lists on their foods. Some members of staff are insensitive to food allergies and need better training (or just list the ingredients for everyone's benefit). Some member of staff (food service providers) are insensitive to transgender people and need training in that area, especially on how to not openly mock transgender people while working in a professional setting

   Went here for a gig a few months ago, the bar was well stocked and service was quick but expectedly pricey. Great layout for viewing the band with multi level platforms for plenty of opportunities to get a good view. Friendly staff at the cloak room made the whole experience nice and easy
