Thank you Frankie for all you have done and continue to do for our Boxer. He is a handful but you are always so patient and kind with him. He loves his walks and would recommend to everyone. Frankie always updates you on your dogs outings ans sends pictures throughout the walk. Trust her completely. Thank you again Frankie.
Gave 1 star as I cannot give 0! Had Frankie house sit for us over Christmas. We had a completely blind very old and slow little dog, a 5 mths old puppy and a cat. Frankie would leave the house around 8am, come back briefly for 8-10 min to let my blind dog out then leave the house again,not returning until 4-5 pm! When confronted she claimed she was sure we would be ok with it! She also left our cat alone outside for 2 days and nights over Christmas in freezing temperatures as she decided to spend this time elsewhere and not in our house as we agreed and paid her for it! We only found out by chance! We trusted her completely and she betrayed our trust, she only admitted to everything after she was faced with irrefutable evidence! She walked our dogs for many months and always seemed wonderful with them hence we never thought her capable of such deceit.
