two order from two companies are supposed to be being delivered to me, one next day (paid for) one normal, both been “out for delivery” since Saturday 23/07/22… nothing, a change of name from Hermes but service still same, absolutely shocking, no wonder there is nobody to actually speak to to complain other than a computer!!
