   Asian supermarket wouldn’t take the parcels even though it’s advertised in their window, online and through the DHL website and email shipping confirmation. The 2 men behind the till were not helpful in the slightest!! See picture for where they advertise DHL on the shop signage.

   The absolute worst delivery company ever! If you know your parcel is being delivered with this company it won’t be! Then you might be able to get a refund if lucky. EDIT:In reply to DHL response, I have already contacted your team multiple times. So your response means nothing.

   Will never use DHL again! I went to 4 outlets to try and get my parcel received. Two were closed and the online times did not apply. Two do not take DHL parcels and the 3rd, I sat outside for an hour to be told they dont do DHL either! The 4th one takes but not Worldwide or online registered parcels! YOUR website details need a serious update! I eventually drove an hour to Runcorn myself to drop the parcel and received a notice it would be delivered 3rd September, only to discover that Runcorn was not actually the correct drop off and it got delayed by 4 days, costing me a huge amount as this was a Visa for a flight booked and had to be rescheduled. Escalating to your Country manager, I got "managed" detailing contractual terms, rude and poor customer service.Your entire process is terrible
