I went there to pick up my parcel and the woman who served me was very rude. She did not give me my package because according to her my ID did not correspond to that of the system. Then I came back again and asked a very kind gentleman for the favor and when the he chek my ID matched that of the system But the lady kept insisting that I didn't have my ID. Finally the gentleman gave me my package but I won't be using this service again. The lady was very rude.
