I have been using concept clean for my windows for a few months now and they have done an outstanding job everytime. My property was empty for a few years pervious so the windows were in a bad way. From the start communication with concept has been great they answer inquires promptly, very polite. They gave a free qoute which was great. They have always communicated the day before they are due to arrive. They are respectful of the property and leave access secure when leaving. The windows look amazing, no smears or water marks left behind, the frame work comes up cleaner every time. They even do the pvc around the porch. I would highly recommend them.
