Avoid! Shop is rough!! Took my parcels to drop off… was told no drop off to start and then after some questions why the lady changed her mind to they might be able to take them but the driver might or might not collect. Then agreed to take one parcel but not the rest. As I stated we are a business trying to post our parcels as advertised on DHL and by your shop and you’re saying they may or may not accept the parcel. Again very unhelpful! Untrustworthy and no straight or definitive answers. In the end I had to leave with the parcels.
