The effort and help and work she did for us was beyond and above we have ever experienced. Any problems solved, all issued resolved. The personal care was just amazing and we are so grateful!!!    Rachel did an excellent job seeking out the best deal suitable for me and in supporting and assisting me through the whole buy to let remortgaging process. She went above and beyond by keeping an eye on the remortgaging progress even while away on holiday and was always quick to help if an issue arose. This is the second time I have used the services of Luma for remortgaging my buy to let property and I’ll be returning again in two years time. Rachel is an asset to Luma and I can only praise her for my recent remortgaging experience.
