   Helen and her team @Square Accounting are a delight! Helen is knowledgeable, personable and gets the job done! I have been fortunate enough to submit my HMRC Self Assement tax returns for the past 3years with Helen's support and would highly recommend Square Accounting. Helen listens and understands my business whilst remaining supportive and attentive regardless of the time of year! I like that personal aspect. Also the fee structure is competively priced and fair, a rare find in this day of everything costing more! Thank you Helen!

   I called this firm last Tuesday, explained exactly what I needed, and was told the manager was away until Thursday — but that someone would definitely call me back by the end of the week. It’s now Monday lunchtime, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. If this is how they treat new business, I dread to think how they handle actual clients. I was looking for an accountant I could rely on — not one that makes empty promises and wastes my time. Poor communication, zero follow-up, and a complete lack of professionalism. If they can’t even manage a simple call back, I wouldn’t trust them with anything as important as a VAT return.
