   Shockingly unprofessional, should not be trading. Moved two of my businesses to Kate a year ago. In that time, I have had 2 late filing VAT points against one business (first time ever in 17 years) and now a £365 late filing fine for the other company's accounts. I have now moved to a profressional firm who have uncovered an absolute litany of accounting/book keeping errors by Kate (97 errors so far. Kate promises to reply to all emails within 48 hours which is complete nonsenses, Kate is often on holiday with no away message/autoresponse on email. Absolutely terrible service which could have so easily wrecked my businesses - and they are not exactly big businesses - one has a t/o of £15k, the other a t/o of £100k for which I was being charged a total of £350/month. I would certainly not recommend.

   Spoke to Kate and agreed to move my business accounts to her company. She went on a holiday but has subsequently disappeared off the face of the planet. Emailed multiple times, phoned the office which always goes to voicemail and no calls are ever returned despite leaving messages. Tried to reach her on zoom but she hasn't attended. Have heard today that the company has moved out of the offices at Merlin House so can only assume that she is no longer trading or looking for new customers. I feel very let down by being ghosted by a supposedly reputable company in this way. Now looking for a new accountant.

Kate and her team simplified our books and explained several ways to help save money which our previous accountants had never mentioned. We approached South Coast Accounting as we were due to move everything online with the recent and upcoming law change making tax digital and was delighted to be greeted by such a helpful team. A highly professional, reliable company willing to go the extra mile. Thoroughly recommended!
