So this evening 10th Dec 2021 I decided to venture into Buttercrane and went to probably the only children's clothing shop left in the centre.The shutters of Name It were up - time approx19.30-and a customer was paying at the till. I was towards the back of the shop and had selected several pairs of girls bottom and a few tops. I notice the shutters being dropped half way and thought I'd better hurry myself. approx 3 mins later the shutters were raised again and I was approached by a member of the sales team asking me how did I enter the shop, the store is closed. I informed her she was serving at the till when I entered and that I had been in the store for approx 10mins. she was, to say the least the rudest sales person I have ever met. No you cannot buy- no we are closed- how did get in here- I checked the store...well clearly not well enough!!! she just lost a £70 sale and good custom!!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star!!!!
