They find it hard to interprit basic emails and attachments, they miss valid items off. When you question this you are ignored. Went up to give receipts and invoices and the place is like a cresh, every skateboarder in the land is working there and everyone has a new born baby with them. Absolute joke.
Lovely family firm very helpful
Portsmouth company COOLRIDES got a terrible expirience working with Abacus. They make mistakes all the time, payslips does not match actual payments. Three versions of P60 they sent to us, came with numbers we do not recognised. When we ask them to provide information where did they get these numbers, but they can't answers. They do mistakes in spelling and in personal information. When we said our employee made £1000 in October last year but they put in their Payslip £1400. (For example). Yesterday, when we reached them out via the phone, asked to issue our documents in the propper way, some female voice started yelling at us. Instead of apologies. We tried to get the documents done via email but they are not responsive. If you already work with them, I would highly recommend double check their calculations. They created headache for us unfortunately. Really hope to finish with ASAP. So much stress. Honestly, a lot of stress.
