   We contacted Phil to enquire about taking out our gas stove and replacing it with a wood burning stove. Phil was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, came out to quote, and gave us a quote all in the same day. He provided us with a date for the work to be completed within a week of us contacting him. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided us on what stove to choose. He and is team were polite, professional and punctual. They were tidy and the work was completed to a high standard.    This is our first Wood Burning Stove and feel the choice, make and model, ( all recommended by Phil ) and Instalation, is one of the best purchases we ever made. Phil and his team were reliable, trust worthy, polite with a clean and tidy install. Its been a few months now with NO complaints on the efficiency of our ' Newburn 5 Stove ' which is 4.5k Multi Fuel stove with a wide glass door, that is easy to clean and is a perfect size for our Bungalow.    Phil was exceptional in every respect. From planning our new patio to the finishing touches, he always put us first. During the work, we wanted some extra things doing (new gates, better drainage front and rear) and he did this with minimal fuss and cost. Due to the weather Phil lost a couple of days but was more than happy to make the time up and even finished on time! We are really happy with the end result and would highly recommend. We will be using Phil again in the future.
