    Waiting at pharmacy counter for a while to be served,me and another customer,nobody on counter serving,could see a staff member busy doing something in dispensary part but a simple nod to say she saw us, which she did, would have been respectful but we were ignored totally,we both ended up leaving..counters, in particular the pharmacy end shouldn't be left unmanned.
