   Our family business moved to Niall McConkey and his team at AIMS halfway through our financial year, at very short notice when we had to complete a VAT return, run the payroll and MGD return in the space of two weeks. I was concerned this was going to be stressful and difficult, but Niall and his team managed the transfer with ease and efficiency. Niall and Alison worked hard to understand our business model quickly and the idiosyncrasies of our family operation. We have just completed our year end accounts and we are thrilled we made the decision to move to Niall and his team at AIMS.    We've been with AIMS for more or less since the beginning of our venture as a wedding venue in Godalming, Clock Barn Hall. I was introduced to Niall by my previous book-keeper who suggested I should switch to his firm for my accounting. I must say I'm so pleased we did. Niall is excellent at explaining things clearly and I'm sure I drove him mad in our early days, but he always seemed to have time to talk over the phone and explained in Layman terms to help me put things into perspective. I love the firm's payment system with no hidden extras! Definitely recommend the firm though don't steal him from us!!

   After my previous accountant retired I needed a firm who could take care of all my company accounting needs including payroll, vat returns, annual accounts and returns, but also having someone at the end of the phone for other accounting advice relating to tax and company law. Finding Niall and his team was a relief knowing I was with a safe pair of hands who can be relied on and available if required. Nothing is too much trouble. On a plus side, although I shouldn’t say it, the fees are reasonable too!
