   Firstly prompt, which is what you want when you are woken by dripping water through your bedroom ceiling....received a callback within an hour of initially speaking to them, out of hours,. Advised I would have a plumber onsite before Midday and they were. Plumber was really friendly and courteous, had a good look at the issue before proceeding and also fixed another issue with my overflow pipe. Gave me a quote there and then which we agreed to, went and sourced the goods locally and promptly completed the work with no fuss. Highly recommended, first class job

   I highly recommend SC Plumbers. The team has carried out several jobs for me. I have found every member of the team, from the first phone call to the final day of each job, to be professional, polite, respectful and friendly. All work is carried out to a high standard and the area left clean and tidy, not just at the end of the job, but at the end of each day too. Communication before, during and after each job is excellent. They are trustworthy and I am extremely comfortable with any member of their team being in my home.

   SC Plumbers carried out a refurb (worktop, splashback, sink and tap) of the kitchen in my flat at Gosport. The workmanship and attention to detail was amazing eg they put a ply sheet behind the splashback board because the wall was too undulating. When they finished they cleaned up and put all the furniture back as we had it, they even did all of our washing up - amazing and above and beyond. Posted by delighted customers.

   I have been using SC Plumbers for my boiler service for 2-3 years. Recently a team, led by Taylor, have been replacing a radiator and ancillary equipment and conducting a clean of our plumbing system over 2 days. Throughout they have been highly professional, tidy, polite and kept me updated on progress. They have explained what they were doing so that I am better placed to sustain the system over time. The system is now working better than at any time in the 20 years we have lived here. Their work has been outstanding and competitively priced. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They have completely transformed my home—from a tired, run-down terrace into a beautiful space that I am so happy with. The scope of work was extensive and included a side extension, relocating the downstairs loo, installing a new kitchen and bathroom, removing a chimney stack, and creating a stunning garden patio. Every stage was handled with the utmost professionalism, skill, and care. Several planning meetings were held before the project started. The team at SC Plumbers were a pleasure to have around: always on time, extremely hard working-hardworking, tidy, and unfailingly courteous—not just to me, but to my neighbours as well.    As always with SC Plumbers, the guy turned up on time, he was polite and respectful. He got on with the job, (a leak on a combi boiler and a valve replacement on radiator) with the minimum of fuss. The price was as quoted, and I was called on completion to see if I was satisfied. I would not use anyone else. Simple as that.

   The initial call out was within a few days for a leak. This was fixed there and then as a very small issue. I then waited a week for the quote for the drainage despite being told it would be put down as ‘urgent’ and then received the visit a further 2 weeks later. The quote was misleading as included fitting of something not required for unblocking the drain but I didn’t notice this at the time. I would say use this company if you are doing something big and specialist and have some knowledge of what they are doing. Not someone I would use again for emergency issues, for example we now have a blocked toilet and have received a quote of over £500 which again is excessive with no suggestion of how a blocked toilet issue could be blocked without paying so much money

   Booked them to fix "Focal Point" gas fire cutting out. This was achieved but they were unable to restore the ease of switching it on. Pilot light thermocouple still unreliable at startup.

   This is the third time I've used SC Plumbing and they delivered excellent work once again. I had a kitchen stripped out and replaced. They oversaw the whole project, advised as necessary, cleared and prepared the room removing unwanted items, then fitted a new kitchen from a design I'd agreed with Howdens. Throughout the job, whenever little unforeseen issues cropped up, Phil and the team were quick to respond and deal with it all, keeping calm and professional throughout. I felt in safe hands and they got through the work quickly, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. I love the new kitchen and from previous work, know that their after service care is just as good as their installation. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
