I popped in on Friday to arrange for two rings to be resized, I expected to wait around two weeks for this in house service - imagine my surprise when they were ready by the Tuesday! Incredibly quick turn around, wonderfully friendly staff and a very reasonable price. 10/10 service and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
I went in to Fine Creations 3 weeks ago after visiting a couple of jewellers who didn’t fill me with much confidence. The gentleman in the shop (sorry unsure of name) checked the two platinum rings I had (engagement and wedding ring) and said it would be no problem at all and gave me a very reasonable quote. Asked me if I needed them back by a certain date and I explained we were going away for our 10th wedding anniversary and I’d have loved to wear them when we’re away. He said it would be no problem and they could be ready to collect the day before my holiday. Less than a week later, I received a message to say they were ready to collect. To say I’m over the moon would be an understatement. They’re absolutely perfect and you’d never tell they have been resized. They’ve been polished up and are like new! Needed a wedding band ring altered to increase size, these guys were very helpful and friendly and did an amazing job at altering my ring. Took only a week and they sent text when ready. Lovely little shop with some very beautiful jewellery. They do jewellery alterations and fix broken jewellery as well.
We found this Independent Jeweler last summer. What a treat! The shop is full of beautiful items, and the staff are brilliant. We bought a ring (which was a little too big) and returned just a few days later to collect it after it had been re-sized. Good prices, excellent service. We fully intend to return soon.
