This is a scam! NOT a local florist but a clearinghouse located who knows where. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered yesterday. They called asking if it could be delivered today. I agreed. Still waiting. They are NOT in the locale where you order and have no idea who you are, what will be delivered, or even IF it’s delivered.
Ordered lots of flowers from Patricias Petals, Downpatrick over the years. Always lovely and delivered on time. Lovely fresh flowers that lasted for ages! Always love her wee Christmas pots too!
I ordered 2 beautifully pictured floor arrangements due to a death, to be delivered, however, 2 meager table top displays were delivered. Patricia’s Petals responded with a 40 refund to a $200+ order. I even paid the upgrade to have the arrangement as pictured. Didn’t happen- - - - UPDATE: After several disputing emails, I was given nearly a full refund. But the upset and the struggle wasn’t worth ever dealing with them again. Shouldn’t have happened to begin with.
Amazing florist. I have ordered from Patricia on many occasions who gave a first class service and flowers. I loved patrica and teams work so much i asked would they do my wedding flowers, which were INCREDIBLE. Patrica knew exactly my vision for my wedding and what was delievered exceed all expectations and blew my mind. Highly recommend.
We went to Patricia for our wedding bouquets on a recommendation from a friend. She did not disappoint. She was approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was a hassle for her and she made us beautiful flower bouquets for our day. Delivered them to the door without charge. Wonderful 5star service from a fabulous lady!
I ordered a bouquet for a close friend who's grandfather had passed away. Patricia was so helpful and helped me choose the perfect bouquet for her and delivered them very quickly! Would highly recommend! Excellent customer service, beautiful range of bouquets and flowers, speedy delivery and really lovely people.
I had a wonderful experience with this company!I understand that it is similar to like a 1-800 Flowers situation which I wasn't aware when I placed the order. However, my mother received the most beautiful floral arrangement that I or she or I had ever seen! Even the delivery driver said he had never seen such a beautiful arrangement! I was very concerned about the negative reviews, but after my mom got her arrangement, I cannot say enough about how exceptionall the service was and I would absolutely use them again! Thank you so much! And no matter what service you go through there is a service fee, and it was totally worth it!
I ordered the Sunshine Bouquet for my friends birthday to be delivered on the same day. I received an email & text message informing me that they were not able to deliver my flowers on the same day and would have to deliver them on the next day. I agreed. The next day, my flowers were not delivered. It isnt until I asked for a refund that the flowers were delivered on the third day. The flowers that were delivered were wilted and was not at all what I ordered. I am still seeking a refund for such poor service.
