   Absolutely Awful Standards! With Zero Customer service. Purchase a formal bolloon for £25 it was deflated before the formal begain! They refused to do anything just said it left here in goid condition, even with photos proving the bolloon ti be deflated at formal, stilll refused to take responsibility for their rubbish standards! Avoid, head to Newcastle or Downpatrick.

   My husband had a beautiful flower bouquet delivered to our room in the Burrendale hotel for my birthday last week.One week one and flowers are still amazing ! Never seen such beautiful fragrant lilies. Used Cunningham’s for our wedding flowers many years ago and quite often since . They never disappoint. Very highly recommended .
