Can’t thank Annie enough for helping us, we had a mare with an online order and called up for help. She said to bring it all in and they would sort it out. Came in and it was a different lady who helped but Annie came over to say hi, what a lovely lady! All sorted now, would definitely recommend going in store rather than online in future.

I visited this shop on a Sunday afternoon, had to wait a little to be served but that’s to be expected as the footfall in this shop is always high. I was approached and served by Tasha. She was so helpful. She listened to my initial enquiry as I had a problem with a product that I had bought and was very kind in trying to seek a solution. I was grateful for the time she spent with me as I was very aware the shop was busy and I didn’t feel rush at any point which I appreciated. She was very clear in what she was doing, the rationale behind it and made sure she notified me of what was going to happen with regards to the replacement product. There was an offer on which she notified me of and I then went on to purchase a charm. I enjoy going to the shop rather than purchasing online and this experiance only furthered this today. Thank you Tasha for being awesome and so very kind :) it’s clear you pride yourself on great customer service.
I shopped here today and was attended to by Jack, such a lovely friendly, and very helpful young man. Wish all sales assistants were as helpful as he was. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I was changing my mind! I'll definitely shop here again.
Located at Whiteley shopping centre, with the all the other shops and restaurants. The store is a good size and there is plenty of stock. The team there are always helpful, professional and supportive (especially when you are with your wife whom you are buying for :)). There are obvious times better to visit the store and avoid the crowds and not have to queue, later in the day or towards the end of the day.
Lots of parking with first 3 hours free. Usually a queue at this small store to ensure individual attention at the counters. Young staff are knowledgeable and very helpful in exchanging cash for sparkles.
Very helpful staff if I had ordered it on Line it would have been the wrong charm as you couldn't see inscription

Lovely bright store. The assistant who served us was very friendly and helpful. After a short discussion she was able to show us a number of items, one of which we purchased as a birthday gift. No need to wrap it either as it came in a well presented pandora bag. Lovely shop.
