   I popped in last minute to get an engagement bouquet of flowers on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. The florist was so quick, lovely and helpful.    The customer service here is second to none. I called up with an address that wasn't really an address, just an area in a village. The lovely lady on the end of the phone, went out of her way to find someone she knew who lived there who could help work out where the flowers needed to go to. Communication couldn't have been better. Kind, cheerful and efficient. Oh and the flowers are gorgeous too.

   Therese made a wonderful bouquet. The bouquet was exceptionally put together with the amazing decorations. Mum loved her roses. Believe it or not, not all roses smell the same. The roses had an unusual aroma. The roses had a rich smell that is charming and wondrous. Really happy, great service and met all the needs which I had asked. Would definitely order again! Thank You Therese !! Update 2022 !!! I have ordered flowers for my mums 60s birthday and Andrea did incredible job. The choice of flowers (red roses) and decoration was breathtaking and my mum was in heaven when received flowers. I am very impressed that Andrea takes customer relationship so serious and that for her it is more important than money. It is not very common nowadays. Thank you Andrea, you are a wonderful person and you made my mothers birthday special.

There was a fantastic choice of colour & style of arrangements. The flowers arrived the next day and my friend was over the moon.will use this florist again.
