   Before going on holiday I asked Roger Clayden to re-solder the clasp of my precious St Christopher’s chain, which also carried the wedding ring of my passed wife. I did not want to risk losing it whilst swimming. Roger not only soldered it, but also replaced the clasp with a much stronger silver one, and whilst I waited. It certainly gave me peace of mind, and easily survived the holiday. It now feels as if it will be secure for years to come! I do not believe another jeweller in the area could have provided such a quick quality service, and for only £20. A credit to our Bognor Regis retailers.

   Went to get 2 initials on my pendant, he stood there sending emails the whole time, took 30 min. When he done the first one it was the wrong size and looked awful. He went to do the second one and was just about to do it in the front of the first one before I stopped him. No apology, paid for the first one and told him not to bother doing the second.

In addition to this, the jewellery repairs he has done, and the items we have had from the shop, have always been perfect. I have no hesitation to recommend the shop.
