   Our settling in with our little one had a bit of a rough start, but with thanks to Kate and the team in the baby room Chase is now settled and happy with big smiles when we collect him. We have no worries leaving him for the day knowing that he's got such lovely staff working with him. All the staff are warm and attentive, there is a lovely family feel to the unit with warm smiles and friendly conversation on drop off and pick up. Fresh cooked food every day, lots of activities and a weekly roundup sent to parents so we know how to help develop him at home in line with what he's learning while there. Enrollment was easy, the communication via the app is fantastic. We can't wait to continue our Wise Owls journey!

   Our grandson has been attending this nursery. They have been exemplary in the care and attention they have showed (especially Kate) helping him settle in and build a routine.    *****Staff are absolutely lovely, approachable and provide feedback every evening on collection of my child, she has always enjoyed each meal and snack and the setting is beautiful! my child has always thoroughly enjoyed her day here at wise owls greeting me with a huge smile and in no rush whatsoever to leave at home times, she has a very good bond with all staff members and looks forward to return to nursery each day in excitement to see her nursery friends and staff, this nursery is a credit to the community as are all the staff who make my child’s day fun and unforgettable, highly recommend wise owls nursery!*****

   My daughter attended Wise Owls in the baby room. She loved attending and really made fantastic bonds with the staff who work there. She would come home and talk happily about her day and her favourite staff members. Wise Owls kept me up to date with the learning she was doing and they regularly checked in with me as a parent. Her speech improved massively while attending and I was very pleased with her progress. Would highly recommend!

   I cannot recommend Wise Owl Private Day Nursery enough! My little boy has been attending here since he was 6months old and is now 3. I have watched him develop into such a confident and caring young boy and feel as though nursery has offered him so much support with his needs. They have exciting activities every day and the staff working there are excellent! They help my son with his emotions and have taught him how to understand them and communicate them. The management team are great, they offer a wide level of support in referrals into wider agencies and have helped me through some quite difficult times. If you send your child here, they will be safe, happy and well looked after!

   Wonderful nursery setting,highly recommend wise owls. The staff are fantastic meeting the needs of each individual child,the staff are very nurturing. They're always changing the indoor role play areas so the children don't get bored,lots of fun imaginative play/role play available to the children, the best outdoor play area complete with seating areas, mud kitchen, scooters, balls, chalkboard, whiteboard, playhouse and more,they invite guest speakers to enrich the children, follow curriculum plans, fantastic management team. My daughter loves it at wise owls.

   My little Girl has been going to this nursery since she was 1year old she's now 3 and she has definitely come on fantastically since she started here she loves it. The interaction and bond that the staff have with the children is just heart warming and wonderful. The communication between staff and parents is brilliant they keep you up to date with all that your child (the children) have been doing , from what they've had to eat, how many to the activities they have taken part in throughout the day. The staff will help and encourage the children with anything you may be having difficulty with at home , my little girl was completely afraid of using the potty but with the help and support from nursery staff she's managing so well now. Sometimes I myself don't know where I would be without the support they have given along the way. They treat each child equally whilst giving them the individual support they need. A special mention to (Carrie) who my little girl has taken a huge shine too and have a wonderful bond with which I cannot be thankful enough for.

   When my son first started this nursery things were a bit slack not a lot of communication given when picking him up but since new management things have really improved you go inside and have the chance to have a good chat with staff about your child’s day aswell as updates on the family app of what they’ve been up to. My son has additional needs and nursery have been really supportive in trying to get the right support although things are a slow process and things don’t get sent of straight away or done correctly which is my only fault this results in my son not getting support quick enough but hopefully things are being done. But one thing I will say is the staff what have remained from change over who look after my son are amazing ( Carrie )I can see how much they care for my child and it makes me feel much better they are brilliant and very passionate about there job. New manager is fab and understanding and the new members of nursery carers are brilliant too always new activity’s and fun things to do for the children they really go above and beyond to make sure the kids have the best day.

   My daughter is all settled in now. Great teachers, great environment, and so many educational activities for the pupils. My daughter is still learning most of the things, and I have no doubt that by the time she starts reception, she will be ready for it. She learns new things everyday and is becoming more confident when speaking English bit by bit. And ohhhh, they save good and healthy home cooked meals. Thanks to the staff for their commitment
