   Was put in touch with Brewer Wallace for my Independent Legal Advice via ILA-Connect. The advice took place on 18-08-25 and invoice was paid the following day. Brewer Wallace failed to post out the paperwork until the 03-09-25 and only after one email and two phonecalls to chase. This 2 1/2 week delay may in turn delay my completion and cost me a lot of money. Looking back through their other reviews this looks to be a consistent theme with the company - I wish I had read those reviews in advance.

   Very unprofessional service for an ila for personal guarantee - was not aware of the contents of the document prior to call - didn't listen/respond to my questions - sent documents to wrong address - refuses to respond to emails/phone calls - inconsistent messages between call #1 and call #2 Currently in limbo and to what is going on and need to redo the process with someone else due to lack of communications

   My son bought a house through brewer and walllace and slow is not the word The property has solar panels on the roof the need a letter from them signed by the solicitor who delt with the exchange that was in January and it's now June and no one in the place seems to pass messages to the solicitor they keep fobbing things of like ohh she is on luch or a meeting or holiday i am writing this review to give them a chance to correct issues before I have to turn up at there office my name is mr marr

   Cannot recommend Jemma Tonkiss at Brewer Wallace enough, we had one house purchase fall though through no fault of our own, we then had a very right schedule to work to on the new house, Jemma pulled out all the stops to ensure we completed in time for The mortgage offer expiry despite other parties in the chain being quite difficult and slow, she pushed and pushed and I genuinely believe we would have lost our dream home and £££££ if not for Jemma goof. Above and beyond. I would highly recommend .

Accessibility - steps in and then a dog leg short staircase into reception. Car Parking - we walked some distance from the council car park. Street parking nearer.
