Sam at Rollits did a fantastic job on residential conveyancing when I bought a flat recently. He pushed the process forward, kept on top of everything and relentlessly chased the other side when they were working slowly. Avoid this firm, don’t give advice to their costs, suddenly hit you with big bills after you’ve paid some smaller bills, then try to take you to the cleaners. Not Professional at all *AVOID*
