   Bathroom refit & radiator replaced. Excellent job carried out whilst we were away. So exciting to come back to a lovely smart new bathroom. Dunlop were recommended by 2 separate friends in the Fareport area & took on the refit despite having to negotiate the M27 everyday to Chandlers Ford. They always kept in contact with what needed to be done & for decisions that had to be made which we hadn’t even thought of. They were so polite & friendly that even the neighbours gave them a glowing report. The house was left clean & tidy, our mail was in a nice pile & they had also taken delivery of a new Wi-Fi router for us. All that’s left is for us to do is to choose a paint colour & finish off their great work. They also fitted a replacement radiator in the en-suite which is working perfectly as expected. Thanks very much to Kiaran, Stewart & the Dunlop team, we would definitely use them again if needed.

They’ve been absolutely fantastic from start to finish — especially Kiaran, who went above and beyond. He was always happy to offer advice, quick to respond to calls or texts, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. What really stood out was how accommodating the team was — they always found time to fit me in at the earliest opportunity, which made a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

   I booked Dunlop to refit a downstairs toilet at my daughters house in Titchfield. It was at short notice , only allowing a working day . The plumber arrived on time and was poilte and got on with the job. He was very pleasant and refittted with a minimum of fuss. His knowledge was obvious and his work was carried with confidence . Very impressed.

   Contacted Dunlop for a quote to service a boiler based on a recommendation from a neighbour. Was a competitive quote and appointment arranged quickly. Engineer was on time, friendly, explained what he was doing and checking, and seemed very knowledgeable about heating systems in general. All round it was a good experience and will certainly use again.

   Contacted Dunlop as desperately needed an issue resolving which had persisted for months. We had a loud vibration coming off the unvented cylinder whenever we ran a cold tap which was driving everyone crazy! Two previous plumbers had both recommended replacing the cylinder at a cost of +£2k and one had also installed a hammer arrestor for £230 which didnt work. Contacted Stewart at Dunlop who quickly arranged for an engineer to visit and figure out the problem. Keiron arrived this morning and within 30 minutes confirmed that the expansion vessel was at 0.5 bar when it should be at 3 bar. Recharged and problem solved.!! Very professional and clearly know what they are doing, dont look anywhere else.!

   Advised on radiators required to ensure correct outputs and accessories required. Fitted new radiators throughout. Engineers were on time, professional, cleaned all areas and disposed of waste and old radiators. Would definitely use again, highly recommended.
