    decided to get my nose pierced and deposited £40 nearly a month ago, i decided due to the current pandemic it would be better to get my nose pierced once the pandemic situation was under control, i kindly requested a refund, 3 weeks ago and was told my refund would be processed on the day of the request. It has now been 3 weeks and i have still not been issued a refund. customer service is poor.
