Absolutely appallingly, totally messed up my late Mums probate, admitted they had messed up and probate would never be granted with the with they had done. I did the work however they only offered a 30% refund. I wish I had not used them all I get from them is go to the Ombudsman if you want more.

We used Pepperells when we sold our property and then to separately purchase a property through a modern auction several months later. I have completed several property transactions over the years and Pepperells were by far the best that I have worked with and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
