   They have had my paperwork sat on a desk for 2 weeks whilst lying to me that it has been sent off. I had to contact Land registry myself who have confirmed in writing that no paperwork has been received from this company. I got told it was at another office and then got told it may take afew weeks to process at Land registry to then find out its still sat on there desk currently. Last time we will be using them and that's only if it's sent off by today. This is all done via email aswell so literally a 10 minute job. Fuming

   My brother and I used BW in Hornsea for all our mother's legal affairs (POA, house registration, will storage, probate and conveyancing) over the last eight years. The service provided by the BW team was excellent, everything was performed professionally and punctually. Special mention to Jemma for the conveyancing, she kept the sale on track even when the buyer's solicitors kept losing the plot. Highly recommended!

   Received quite for conveyancing really quickly - but all went down hill from there - no response from my request to instruct - rang all 4 offices and was put through to continuously ringing phone nobody answered - one guy I spoke to sounded like he'd just got out of bed - much confusion of who could deal with my request - was eventually told - I think you will receive a legal pack in the post soon - 2 weeks in and heard nothing - not a good experience

   I asked if they could witness a pair of Wills for us, but they declined as the Wills were prepared elsewhere - reason being that we had them prepared before we moved and Coronavirus got in the way. Needless to say I wasn’t expecting them to do this for free. I dare say they’ll do just fine without our business, but we shan’t be using them for conveyancing when we sell our other property.....
