My daughter was recommended this serrvice by a charity. She had high hopes for their help as promised but was very disappointed. I would think very careful before parting with your £360 as I am very suspicious of re the professionalism this setup. The person was quite rude and was supposed to give a written feed, which we still havent received to date.

My male best friend reached out to this company in a time of desperation looking for some advice as he is the victim of DV (the police put him in contact with this company) and they turned him away due to being a male. Their words: Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you an advice appointment as we are a Women Only service. They couldn’t even be bothered to connect him with any other companies!! Do people not understand that men are also victims of DV?!

My experience with this company was not very positive. I paid approximately £450 for an hour of advice, including written documentation. After the meeting, Amy contacted me several times, which I assumed was part of providing the written advice. However, a few days later, I received an additional invoice of £92 for those phone calls. A month or two later, she called to check if I needed further assistance, and I was subsequently invoiced for that call as well. Although they advertise as affordable, based on my experience, I don't find them to be. At the time, I was in a particularly vulnerable position, dealing with several personal challenges, and I made it clear how unfair I found the situation. Amy called me multiple times afterward to apologize and eventually voided the invoice, but when I requested a refund of the £92—since I was never informed about the extra charges for phone calls—they declined. If you're considering using their services, be cautious about these potential additional costs.
