Do yourself a favour and find a different solicitors. Used them recently and communication from them is really poor. Don't reply to emails in a timely manner and don't reply to answer phone messages at all. Will never use again.
I can't recommend Helen and both Julie's enough. They were attentive, responsive, and friendly and helped me with any queries I had. I was keen for things to get moving along quickly, and they certainly made that happen. Thank you, ladies, for a smooth and pleasant experience!
I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for professionalism, basic respect or anything to be completed in a timely manner. They are rude and dismissive of legitimate concerns and will not return phone calls or emails.
AWFUL Stay Away!! 5 months and could not complete sale of flat in London. Louis Kirk went on leave without notifying anyone and his manager and the complaints dept never replied. Caused loss of sale total waste of time Pathetic!
A house move is potentially the most stressful time of our lives. Trying to beat the labour deadline for an increase in stamp duty just triples that. But Helen Kent and her team, phenomenal. I had a hiccup at the start where I missed some paperwork requests, but that was no problem at all. You chased me, and everyone involved and ensured we were in time for the deadline, and kept me in the loop right up until I had the keys in my hand. Thanks so much!
