   We used Mason Baggott & Garton to sell my partners house and purchase a new property jointly. They were absolutely excellent! Becci, Juliet and everyone we communicated with throughout gave excellent service. We had regular and effective communication, where information was needed that we were unsure of Becci and Juliet were quick in responding to our queries and used their professional knowledge to guide us in decisions. Especially helpful when we were drawing up a deed of trust. Having never sold, or jointly purchased a house before, this was an absolute God send because we knew that we were in safe hands. Where delays were happening we are absolutely aware that these were not due to our solicitors but with the buyers/ sellers solicitors not being as effective and efficient but that obviously is not something anyone can fully control, just chase directly and being informed of this allowed us to prompt the other parties where necessary. Should we require their services again we absolutely would not hesitate to use Becci and the team again.

   We have had a pleasant experience dealing with Mason Baggott & Garton and would like to thank Sophie and Ryan for their hard work in the conveyancing process and for getting our case completed before Christmas. They both were very responsive on email and call. They answered all our questions in detail no matter how small or complicated they were. During our process there were times where we were waiting and had to chase up other side solicitor / agent but they both kept us updated every week and were very honest and professional. The receptionist was always lovely and pleasant every time we called in. Thank you again :) we’re really happy with how things worked out.

While we found it slightly challenging to get through to the team by phone and noticed the receptionist could be a bit abrupt, this was not a significant issue as our emails were always answered quickly and efficiently.    My seller used these solicitors and they were absolutely awful. Took 10 plus days to reply to simple enquiries. My solicitor and estate agent had to chase multiple times with no response. Takes less then a minute to say we are reviewing and will get back to you. A lot of “we will get the solicitor to give you a call back” but didn’t hear anything. They caused a lot of un needed stress. Especially within the first 10 weeks of the process.
