From 1st visit for quote to last visit collecting the car both Derek & Rob were very helpful, was kept informed of the quote being approved & through out the repair so I was ready to collect, car was absolutely spotless when I arrived and the job was top quality, if you didn’t know what was damaged you wouldn’t know it had been damaged, paintwork was absolutely faultless, they work to very high standards, will definitely return if the unfortunate happens again, Thanks to Derek, Rob & the staff that done a fabulous job!
Took my car to Al Shaw’s after a friend recommended them. Very professional service, Derek and his team did an amazing job on my Merc. I honestly couldn’t believe the quality of the work when I got the car back. I have used body shops in the past and I have always been unhappy with the result, whether it be slightly off colour, poor finish, over spray etc. completely different experience with Derek and the team, I couldn’t be happier. I requested some progress shots also which Derek provided me with and showed how they removed the rear lights and door handles etc rather than just masking up. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will definitely be using Derek and the team for any more work I need in the future. Highly recommended - I asked around for a body shop repair in the area and Al Shaws was mentioned many times. They did a fantastic repair, it amazes me how they do it. They replaced the rear door and the rear quater panel and painted, its now like new again. Keep up the good work !

I was recommended Al Shaws by a work colleague and when I mentioned Al Shaws in a conversation with 2 of my own friends they both also said how good Al Shaws are. Al Shaws repaired my boot, bumper and all fixtures and fittings after a rear end collision accident and did a superb job. They also returned my car in tip tip condition, the body work, interior and alloy wheels were all gleaming on collection of my car, they also did a minor repair to a sticking bonnet at my request unrelated to my accident free of charge and it was ready on the day they estimated.
