Terrible staff, the equipment is average however the staff is absolutely incompetent, they totally messed up my membership restarted someone else’s which is completely illegal, not only that they have handled the situation terribly. They have the most incompetent receptionists. They are elderly women who are really bigoted and did not help me out what so ever they treat people of colour terribly compared to white people and their staff is all white British people who are very hostile towards anyone but white English people. I’ve tried to resolve the issue for 2 months they tell me they will, I called about 10 times, I never get a call back and no one has kept track of the issue. Extremely horrible experience

Very disappointing experience at the cafe next to the pool. As a paying customer who purchased two drinks and two cakes, I'd like to be able to leave the table for a few minutes to take my child to the toilet or to drop him off for his swimming lesson and return to the table to finish my food and drink. It seems unfair to be told that 'reserving tables' is not allowed whilst when looking around, many of the tables in the cafe were occupied by families who did not have any food or drink on their tables but that seems to be ok as long as they don't leave their belongings unattended. I have been regularly buying food and drink in the cafe but following this dissapointing experience, I doubt I will continue to do so in the future.

Until this week the review for soft play specifically would have been 5 stars. The center and staff are extremely accommodating for my children and myself, despite my son’s sometimes demanding ASD. They are always welcoming, friendly and happy to go above and beyond to keep him safe and happy. However, I’m writing this review to reach the center management regarding your open days and other such special events. We come to soft play every single week religiously and nearly always at the same time. It’s part of my son’s routine and he loves it here. We don’t book because you don’t have to but on arrival today, we were turned away because of some type of family fun day. I believe they advertise these events on posters around softplay and I may well have seen but not noticed them, but can I please ask you to consider children like my son when you’re planning these events. Perhaps you could hold a few spots in your events back for SEN children, as I’m sure he’s not the only one whose routine features a regular visit each week. After dragging a confused and screaming child back out of the center, I now have to find an alternative that he won’t be comfortable in and where the staff won’t know and understand his needs. In almost every other way, great work. Keep it up. Highly recommend.

Overall a fantastic gym great for pro athletes and beginners alike, with a great range of equipment of the hammer strength and life fitness brand! Very clean and great atmosphere and was welcomed by the lovely Helen!

We visited the soft play section for a party our little one had been invited to. We mainly stuck to the toddler area which was ok but quite grubby, Im not sure how clean the main bit was but it looked fun for bigger kids. My little one was quite dirty after visiting the soft play bit (grubby knees, sticky hands) and it was evident the play area wasn't cleaned often, the baby toys were also less than appealing to use. I'm quite amazed that he didn't catch something given the time of the year and the amount of viruses going around. The rest of the centre looked quite good and the parking was very good / cheap for a Saturday! I've heard good things about the pool but probably won't be going back to the soft play, I'd be quite annoyed if I payed for it.

Soft play was advertised like one of the biggest in South Coast and it is definitely not true. It might be tallest (level wise) but definitely not biggest. Older kids would stay there over an hour. Also none one is monitoring kids play - lots of kids without socks, with food, climbing up the slide etc. Also.make sure you arrive on play session slot otherwise you will either have limited play time or you will need to wait.

Reasonably good value to keep the children entertained for a hour or so. Loads of parking. The play area to fairly clean and has lots of different zones to keep a variety of ages entertained. Tea, coffee and squash available to buy at entrance and vending machines offer other snacks. Sure uncomfortable chairs for spectators! You do not often see staff move from their post at the entrance hub. It is rare to see them out cleaning tables, completing toilet checks or engaging with paying guests - this week they were all sat together eating McDonald's.
