   I was lucky to go as a friend and was able to have a swim and use the Health Suite. There are a lot of various classes for members. A lovely club to spend time meeting friends and having coffee or lunch.

   My daughter and I had lovely pedicures at the water beach spa. Both Anna and Georgie were really friendly and professional. It was a real treat. I felt like I had new feet!!

   Goodwood prices, town leisure centre feel. Advertised as a 'luxury health club' and charging over £1000 annually for a membership, I had a high expectations and was excited to start my membership at Goodwood. The main reason I joined was to use the pool facilities so as far as anything else goes; classes, gym etc, I can't comment. The pool and 'spa facitilies' however were so overcrowded with children every time I went there, despite trying my best to avoid these times. There were splashing, screaming children in the 'adult-only' lane multiple times and the swimming lesson times are relentless. It was far from the luxury, spa like experience I had been initially sold. I spoke to the staff a couple of times and was advised to only use the facilities in the adult-only times which unfortunately did not always fit around my work schedule. I tried to give constructive feedback. It would be great if they could extend their adult-only times or perhaps have an adult-only day a week?? Until this changes I won't be returning and handed my membership back within 2 weeks. I later found a more exclusive health club for a third of the price and with double the adult-time.

   Recently joined the Goodwood health club as a member. Love the facilities and the classes. The only thing is the kids times in the pool - it can become a bit crowded with children and no swimming lane for everyone else. Can be a bit disappointing when you arrive to not be able to swim

   My first time visiting Goodwood Health Club Spa as a guest was an excellent experience, thanks to Katie in the treatment rooms. I had a full body massage with hot stones which was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Katie is highly skilled and has a welcoming, warm personality. She’s a natural healer without a doubt. Huge thanks.

   Unfortunately the swimming pool is dirty aound the edge with missing tiles. The new pool timetable includes very little adult only time during the day which means if you need some quiet time in the spa pool, sauna or steam room there is none. The classes at the sculpture park are excellent.

   We’ve just joined and the club has had a very recent refurb. It’s beautiful in the restaurant bar. Friendly staff, everything accessible, spotlessly clean and you really feel like you’re having a special experience-even just going for a swim. I’d recommend anyone to ask to look around and see what you get for your money. The fact that Kennels membership comes within our health club membership is a plus. Beautiful dog walks, and stop for a drink afterwards. It really makes us so grateful to have facilities like this on our doorstep. Well done Goodwood we are so glad we’ve joined.

   Spa treatments are lovely and staff are attentive however was disappointed with the rest of the trip. Treated for a joint birthday occasion expected a little more than what we got considering the reputation of Goodwood as a whole. During our time before the treatment we were allowed free reign of the facilities however were not expecting children swimming lessons to be all day on a Sunday when we had paid for full use of everything as part of the spa package meaning we couldn’t use the pool; and meant our time pre treatments was less than relaxing. After our spa treatments we went to the sports bar & grill which was more than disappointing. The food is outrageously average and £11 for a sandwich that could be knocked up at home in less than 5 minutes with a loaf of Hovis seems unfair and completely unlike Goodwood as a brand. Puddings were very obviously bought in from a wholesalers and burnt. Overall, if you are going for the location and spa treatments it can be recommended, but for food would absolutely avoid.
