   An absolute shambles, really unhelpful and extremely expensive. Had a train to catch so booked a taxi 5 hours in advance leaving enough time for the car to be a few mins late. Called them 5 mins after the car was booked, I was told it was going to be another 10 mins, 10 mins passes, I called them back and was told another 5 mins and was hung up on, called back again was hung up on again, car eventually turned up 25 mins late. Missed the train and had to stump for another train ticket & missed my connecting & last train in Leeds.

   Pre book a taxi with them before the night but they got the address wrong (i already tell that person twice the new address and postcode to make sure he got it) my journey was significantly delay because of this :(

   Spoke to a polite gentleman on Saturday told him I had 2 prepacked heavy parcels a coffee table table and tv cabinet. He said yes an estate car or minibus. But would have to ring on the when I want it. Rung up spoke to another operator and they they was saying all busy. I said what time would one be available and she said there wouldn't be one.

   What a shambles. On an important family occasion, the car did not arrive. Told a few more mins. Lie. Told again. Another lie. Spoke to controller, stern but polite with her, she hung up on me. I complained to Drive, took three efforts to get a reply. They listened to recording and agreed I was not out of line, offered nothing more than empty words apology. I used to work in this industry and I'd be mortified if my clients were treated this way. Avoid Drive. I have used their competition since and they have been perfect.

   Had two journeys with this company over the last couple of days. Drivers lovely and polite. Had a lovely chat with my driver on Friday in the early hrs. The one today was lovely till he got his tip then left me to get my stuff out of the boot on my own. For the Friday driver I'd give 5 stars but the second let his self down unfortunately so I'm going to give 4 stars. But all in all Had good comfortable journeys x

   On time and clean car with polite driver. The payment in the APP STILL isn't working for me (and some others it appears) which means you end up stopping for cash. Please sort this glitch out DRIVE.

   Booked two taxis to the train station, less than 10 minutes drive Both cars arrived to our home and one failed to set off due to a fault with the steering wheel. The other car did set off successfully but was driving too fast and erratically. Halfway through the drive the police pulled them over as it was that bad Replacement taxi for the first one was too slow so we had to ask a neighbour at 4:45am to get out of bed and get our other passengers to the station Useless automated phone system made this process worse. Go back to a proper phone system or even better than that, use another taxi service.

   Very poor. Pre booked a taxi from beverley races. Did not turn up. Could not contact anyone as all automated. App did not work. No one contacted me to let me know any updates. Asked other drive taxis who stopped at the races for an update, the unchaeismatic un helpful responses that they couldn't contact anyone just added to the nightmare. Ended up getting the bus for half the price and half the hassle. Will not use this company again. AVOID
