Booked a taxi turned up 1hr late, I'd rang the number three times rude woman on phone told me due to weather I completely understand that, when asked the driver if he was busy he said had no jobs in last 30 mins! Absolutely shocking company
Booked taxi waste of time you're lucky if it turns up on the right day never mind at the right time. Couldn't even tell me how long of a wait absolute joke.
Shocking service. If you want a taxi I recommend ordering an hour before you actually want to go. 45 min late for arriving to go to an hospital appointment, call to enquire and they are rude and put phone down on you even though you are basically asking about a service! I suggest customer service training if you actually want to maintain a customer base.
Booked taxi for 18.50 taxi did not show up till 19.20. 30 mins late booked for work also informed them it was for work. When driver showed up was told by him only give the job 5mins ago. First and last time using this taxi company. Absolutely useless service DO NOT USE.
WIll never be using this firm again! Doesn’t bother knocking on the door to let you know the taxi is outside, just beeps his horn at 6:15 without a regard for any neighbours who may not be up at that time. Then tries to take you in the wrong direction claiming not to know their way around or trying to convince you you’re going the right way when you know the route already. Gets to a point where you introduce the sat nav and they still ignore it! Scam artists trying to get more money out of you!
Would give them no stars however that’s not an option. Ordered a taxi for 7.30 did not arrive till 8.10 that was only the way there. Ordered a taxi for 11.30 to come home did not arrive till 12. Absolute joke. Never again
Used this taxi firm for a while to pick me up from work after a 12 hr night shift. ...know me by name when I ring to book, booked for 7.05 turned up at 7.25! But drivers defo in the area on his way to you! Book again next day taxi's a no show at 7.15 cancel taxi . Won't ever use again or tecommend
