Booked with Hull cars the previous day. Our taxi arrived exactly on time and was clean and wam. The driver Jimmy was helpful and cheerful and got us to our train with plenty of time to spare taking the stress out of our day. Will definitely be using this company again.

Great service Akeel our driver went above and beyond when picking myself and my Hubby up from HRI even helping my Hubby into our house with his broken foot. He was such a Gentleman. It was cold and early morning. He picked us up within 5 minutes to take us home to Patrington. Thank you so much Akeel. Love Andreya xx
My car is in for repair and I had a vet appointment. The vet was 10 minutes drive from my house and to be sure I got there I booked a taxi to pick up 45 minutes before the appointment. I booked 4 days in advance and made it clear in the booking that I would have a cat in a secure cat carrier. The booking was accepted. On the day, 15 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up, the app was still trying to allocate a driver. I then got a text saying it was busy and it may take some time to allocate a driver. 30 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up they still hadn't allocated a driver. Thankfully my neighbour was in and was able to help me out. I could understand if I had waited to the last minute to request a taxi but I booked this 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE. They had 4 days to sort this out. I won't be wasting my time on them again. I have heard Uber is far more reliable.
Steve is a great driver. Chatty, but appropriately so, ARRIVED ON TIME - a few minutes early, at the right location, and waited for me to make my way to him. I felt very safe with Steve. Book this driver.
Asked the driver to send us the lynkpay link so we could pay for the taxi using Google pay. They proceeded to shout at us saying the text with the link had already been sent through (news flash, it hadn't). I tried to explain this to them but they wouldn't listen and became angrier. Stopped by a cash machine in the end but wouldn't call being yelled at in a threatening way for asking a simple question a great experience.
Different prices every weekend, they pick me up from work and every weekend it’s a totally different price, ranging from £13.90 to £16.60 absolutely sick of it few times they tried charging me nearly £20 from town to Cottingham. IT’s costing me an absolute bomb just to get home I keep the receipts on my phone, every single weekend the prices are completely different. Why is this??? Same time I go home and it’s the same distance. One I just got out the car because it was just to expensive to start with. You’re taking advantage of our custom we provide you with jobs and you’re overcharging us. More and more people are having to share a taxi or just drive themselves now. You’re losing customers. And I use to tip. But now with this price issue of fluctuating prices I can no longer afford to tip the driver. I’ll report this to the council or whoever’s in charge of dealing with this situation. I really don’t take kindly to being overcharged or taken advantage of.
Terrible service, booked a taxi that arrived at my destination to pick up!! Not the correct way around! When I called to inform them, they ignored then told me to rebook, with no offer of apology or getting a car to us. Will delete the app for sure. I know mistakes happen but there was no sincererity with the call handler on getting me and my disabled father home on Xmas day and then they charge for a failed booking!!
Brilliant taxi service so far. I use them often. Many drivers friendly and helpful. The app is good though I did accidentally use the location finder today, instead of using one my favorite listed locations. Update: Still good. Drivers are friendly and pick up is often quick.
Didn't get the lady's name, but arrived promptly, with a big smile and was just lovely chatting to her. Drove safely and got us to the station in good time. Would definitely recommend. Easy to book. Communication confirming booking, taxi dispatch and on arrival which car it is. Would use again when in area.
