   Booked taxi sent another guy then told to call them for pick up two hours later to be told not working anymore and to find someone else stood in freezing cold until westholme sent a taxi DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALSO OWNER VERY RUDE

   Rang to enquire about ordering a taxi he grunted and said as he told me earlier he didn’t have any taxis for 3pm and hung up on me, it was the first time I called him! Disgusting manners never use in the future or recommend anyone does

   Given 1 star because Google won't allow zero stars. Booked taxi 3 days in advance to pick us up after wedding, didn't turn up. When I called to ask where he was, got told nothing in diary. No apology. Absolutely awful service, avoid at all costs. Doesn't deserve any customers. Left us struggling to find a lift home. Further to the firms comment, we did book the taxi, I have a call record to prove it. Secondly we were still in the hotel car park trying to find an alternative company to pick us up until 1am, Greg's never turned up and never tried to contact me. Also if I didn't book it as they claimed, why would they then say they came anyway?
