Took booking for tetraplegic en route to very important appointment. Explained when booking lady plus 2 Carer’s and trolley with ventilator and life saving equipment. On pick up, driver who has taken us 3 times in the past decided he didn’t want to take us and left us stranded and appointment was missed. Shame on you, disgusting treatment

Booked Cab plus to take 91 year old wheelchair bound mother in law for an X-ray . All ready to go but Cab plus just didn’t turn up ,with no phone call or explaination from them. When I phoned them ,they remembered taking the booking and apologised. 1 star for the apology.
Had to transport my gran the other day as she's a wheelchair user n from not so long ago will need transport quite frequently. I was looking for a taxi company that would be definitely available every day and came across cab plus. Really good services, affordable, quick, convenient, friendly driver. Thanks again.
