1. 1st choice driving school. ★☆☆☆☆

   If you want to arrive at your destination to smell of a mixture of cigarettes and vile air freshener , presumably to try and mask the fact ( it did not !!!! ) For any allergy sufferers, asthmatics that want to set their chest off this is absolutely the taxi company you should choose !

   My experience was really very good. The automated service worked well.. My driver arrived exactly on time for collection to my destination. On my return trip, I received the same good service from the automated call. Once again my driver, Antonio. arrived on time and was apologetic about the heavy traffic. He kindly got out of his car and helped me with my shopping into the car. He averted the heavy traffic successfully. which I was very pleased about. When I arrived home he kindly carried my shopping bags to my front door. I am disabled by a spine problem, so I was extremely grateful for his kindness. Linda Nash

   As a wheelchair user I find Links Taxi’s a very good company to use. Every driver I’ve had has been helpful and careful getting my chair into the car as well as assisting me when needed. The drivers are friendly and will take me the cheapest route to my destination. I like the Links Taxi app where I can book taxi’s as well as see the car details coming to me such as the driver’s name, license plate number, make and model of their car and the colour of the car. This helps me feel safer as a lone female getting a taxi. I also know that all of Links Taxi drivers are DBS checked. It’s a company that I would recommend.

   nothing is too much for these guys. they have been pleasant and responsive to our care company integrating to grimsby. most of the drivers are also very pleasant and good conversationalists!!!! makes the journey jolly! the automated booking system and day time/out of hours reception service is even better!!!

   Taxi men and ladies always polite helpful. Some are chatty which I like. Always been happy with links used ur company for years. The only thing I don't like is the automated service takes forever so I just say speak to an operator and it puts u straight through. Xx

   Unreliable - 9 times out of 10 they are late to pick up. Some of the call handlers can be rude over the phone. I have to give my details every time I call even though the automated service asks which address I want to be picked up from, however have to wait for the automated service to repeat everything twice before I can speak to someone because I am with an account and so does not apply to this service. I don’t have any complaints of the drivers as they are all really friendly.

   Must say I taxi far too much, this being said it’s not often the driver is such a down to earth, well mannered person. Very accommodating and sincere which is quite rare to my knowledge of being a passenger lol so thought I would take two minutes out of my day to leave a review on the customer service from the driver I was taken home by :)
