   Waited hour and half the taxi ain't guaranteed to come at time asked, depends on drivers on the app if they want to take that person, and the telephonist will just say it's on it's way when it simply is not. No other options as the taxi are all linked up, not many to choose from. Drivers are kind and helpful, but it's about getting a taxi because I need to be somewhere in time.. disappointing.

   Pointless trying to even get a taxi because their is never any available during the day, use card payment over the app and you won't get a pick up because drivers don't like it. And if they've accepted your booking and realise it's a card payment they'll cancel it I've had this happen to me twice. Used to be loads of different services in the city now their isn't best to just walk or get a bus

   If I could give -5 I would, total duopoly in Hull for taxis and if they are out of taxis then tough. Every different number for a taxi in Hull goes to the same 2 companies and they are both useless..... Get rid of them an Uber up, move Hull into the 21st century.

   So I've been using this taxi service for a few weeks now to get to work and its 50/50 service as prebooking taxis can be a pain because they either send one out way early which is fine or beyond late which is really not that great when you need to get to work on time... punctuality is definitely not their strong suit... over all though the drivers themselves are pleasant so that's good
