Me and my mum use Karen’s regularly and can’t fault them. Extremely friendly sometimes a bit late but I understand that traffic can be a nuisance but happy with the service Xx
Very friendly and understanding driver. Arrived on time for the pickup, was very accommodating (I did not have cash on me to pay for the service and he was kind enough to take me to a cash machine to withdraw some money) I would definitely recommend

Phoned for a taxi from my dentist hessle high rd to go to Trafalgar estate Beverley high rd. Woman telephonist was rude and arrogant. Kept asking which Beverley rd i meant. Im not to know there is more than one in hull. Then just said. "We havnt got any cars". Definitely wouldnt attempt to use again or recommend.
My Details of this experience are shocking! and if i could give a 0 star or less rating i would!!!! i had called the firm and had given more then enough information about/for my booking, to then find out "once my cab hadn't arrived 6 hours later" that the person who answered the phone has forgot to book it in!! when called back to find out what was happening... it seemed as if they are just there to answer a phone and couldn't care less about there job or providing a service! i will and actively will encourage people to use another local firm with cheaper rates and who take pride in there work! after all they got me home tonight where this company couldn't. You should hang your heads in shame! you use to be number one.. now your gone..
Brilliant service from start to finish booking a car easy, telephonists are friendly twice this week myself and my other half have been out and absolutely spot on as with all taxis you can't help it if they are a little late but the text back service is a refreshing change to know who is picking you up to giving you plenty of warning when they arrive cheapest firm in hull. The drivers are spot on and so polite to talk to. Keep it up Karen's kars
I live in town but invited three of my friends back to my place after a night out to wait for a taxi. We called Karen's Cabs and was told that it would be a 40 minutes wait for a taxi and said that would be fine. 40 minutes went by and no taxi arrived. I gave it another 10 minutes and still nothing. I called the firm back and was told that the taxi had arrived but that there was no one there to meet it. I was stood at the top landing of my building 5 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive so I knew this not to be true. They then said that they could arrange for another taxi to be sent but this would be in half an hour. Again the taxi did not arrive. This time I was stood in the street, sat on the kerb waiting, again we were told that the taxi had arrived but no one was there. I assume that because we had been out drinking that they thought they could say anything and we would believe it. I would advise anyone not to use this company as the experience I received was not acceptable. I work in customer services myself and this would not be accepted by any of my customers.
