I needed my Air Con/Heating serviced which they did. I had a fault a while later and asked them to come out again. Messages were taking ages to come back but eventually he said he was too busy and to try someone else. I waited a month then tried again. Again I was ignored. Reads your messages but doesn't reply yet happy to take new enquiries. No idea what we did wrong to get this service! Its a kids dance school and the heat/cooling is really needed.
