   What a disappointment to a great evening. Two Taxis booked a while ago. I contacted them confirming we needed two Taxis. We were advised that it would be an approximate time with it being a busy night....I received the text to say they're on their way with relevant details of the vehicle to find that the Taxis were taken by bystanders. I advised the relevant Taxis that they were ours. I always thought that a booked Taxis had to take that fare. The occupants of one of the Taxis was very abusive. 12.30am pick up ended being picked up at approximately 1.30am standing outside in the bitterly cold with two of our group in their eighties.

   The service itself was quick, which deserves credit. However, whoever is handling the calls might need a serious rethink of their approach. Raising your voice at a customer for simply asking about an estimated arrival time is unprofessional and unnecessary. I understand the job market can be tough, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay in a role that clearly irritates you. There are various alternatives and quite a few warehouse jobs in Grimsby and surrounding areas.

   Phoned for a taxi after being let down by another firm, the lady was very friendly and helpful. They sent me text messages and kept me updated about the arrival of the taxi. The driver was friendly and the car was very clean. Would definitely recommend

   Phoned for a taxi, the operator lady was lovely and friendly both times i spoke to her , so thanks lovely lady. Taxi driver one for car was lovely driver. Taxi two VW driver was lovely too. Thanks everyone at AA Taxi i will make sure to use your services again when i am over there.

   I would give zero stars if I could I was attacked last night. had 13 pounds to get home with my card had been taken by attacker and the horrible man on switch and 2 drivers would not take me as far as my money would get me to my house. I even wrote down my details and said can I not pay on my card this way somehow. I'm truly shocked that I was treated this way. I want to thank the one taxi driver that took me all the way home for just the cash I had. home is where a woman feels safe. Will never be able to thank that man enough

   Friendly driver's, arrived on time,clean cars. Sent message of car make, colour and number highly recommend, this all changed New Year's Eve driver failed to turn up to pick us up, no text to advise us there was a problem, ended up walking home 2miles plus excuse was ridiculous would not book again for any major event, shame as I was happy before with them, would now rather drive my than get stranded

   Booked a 6 seater taxi as there was 5 of us travelling, booked well in advance for a taxii at 7pm on the 12/11, at ten past 7 I rang AA Taxis to be told they were having difficulties with 6 seater taxis and it would be delayed, as we had a table booked I asked for 2 taxis to take our party to the venue, cost for this was £32!!! For both taxis from Brigsley to town! Very disappointing arriving late and also the additional expense, as the taxi was booked well in advance why couldn’t someone from AA taxi have rung me as soon as the issue was made aware, when they knew they couldn’t supply a taxi at the time requested??? This would have enabled us to amend our plans to have got a taxi at the time we requested and which the booking was accepted By AA? I think this is very bad customer services, I doubt very much I would trust them again with a booking in the future, due to being let down and the high cost incurred by us for what was a company error
