Excellent staff, pool & Steam room. 1 star lost due to the Sauna being barely warm on 3 occasions in the last 6 days.

I recently visited the Haslemere Leisure Centre and was impressed by how clean and well-organised the place was. The staff were very respectful, welcoming, and professional, which made the experience more pleasant. However, I did find the centre quite small, and it was a bit too busy during my visit, which made it harder to fully enjoy the facilities. Overall, a well-run centre with great staff, but it could benefit from a bit more space or better crowd management.

Honestly, I'd been "riding the clutch" for two hours around the services-free South Downs, a d I stopped here in desperation to see if I could use their loo. Smiling, helpful assistant let me through, and saved my dignity and my trousers. Seemed a fine leisure centre too :)

Deep in the heart of suburbia, but a great venue for fitness, play, coffee or room hire. Register car for long-stay parking.

Good afternoon, I love the coffee shop and the swimming pools but regarding the soft play area a new soft area which is brighter than this soft play would be better as I find it very dark inside ,in the play room I would like to see trampolines. I hope my feedback helps, thank you

Regards the gym - the weights area is too small... it's packed at regular hours. The CV areas are at least 50% under-utilised if not empty at most times. The central monkey bar frame is mostly wasted space again. Whole gym needs properly re-designing based on equipment demand to get the most out of a small space. The benches are the wrong design for use with dumbbells (adjuster sticks out to the side, not underneath, so you hit them all the time). You could almost double the amount of resistance equipment, remove the swing-bar frame and have an assisted pull-up machine, leg-raise bars, crunch machine, and still keep everyone happy in the CV department. Long-stride cross trainers would be a good addition as well. Also too many people using benches just to dump their kit on or sit on checking mobiles while working out somewhere else / doing something else.

Been here twice with my young daughter to use the small pool. Water was much colder on the second visit recently (first visit was 2 years ago) but she had a great time. Facilities are cleaner than Taro Centre and staff are very polite and reception staff organised. Will definitely return more frequently

Our local leisure centre and one we visit every week for my child's swimming lessons. I'm particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the pool, I've been in state of the art facilities before where the pool was less clean, it makes such a difference to the overall experience. The soft play is always a hit with the kids and the staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. The one downside is the parking, you get 2 hours free but you have to remember to enter your licence plate number at reception to get 4 hours. I've been caught out by this before and fined, despite coming every week for the last year and a half it can be easy to forget when you're running around after a 5 year old. I don't feel like this parking restriction is necessary, the centre is too far away from the town centre or other facilities to have the parking abused by anyone. I do hope they remove this some day as it does let it down a bit and feels purely like a money making exercise, knowing people will regularly be caught out.

The lovely lady on reception (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name but she had black curly hair) was so incredibly helpful in setting my membership up, she answered all of my questions with ease, was friendly and polite, and just a pleasure to talk too! Thank you! The facilities are very clean and well kept, they have a lovely pool and the staff are fab. Looking forward to using this centre regularly!
