Absolutely waste of time. Waited over one hour for a taxi to be told 5 minutes its around the corner. 15 minutes later still nothing and then to be told the driver was there when I was stood out in the freezing cold. Called another company im sure its simons taxi and within 6 minutes of waiting they showed up. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
Dont use. Said the taxi would be 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I call to ask where they are and the operator tells me "the guy who i asked to do the job doesnt want to do it" I asked did he not want to let me know and he said no. So they left me waiting with two kids in the rain for 25 minutes for nothing. Awful service.
Brilliant service, picked us up at time stated, dropped us off where we wanted and agreed a time to pick us up, again on time. The driver was very friendly, professional and informative. The car was very clean and comfy and we felt very safe with the driver. Pricing very competitive, 1st class service. Highly recommend!
The best taxi firm , and operators , friendly , reliable , we use this firm 7 days / evenings a week to ensure my daughter can arrive on time for her educational package , clean taxis , safe transportation. I would highly recommend this firm if you live in Bridlington or just visiting
Booked a taxi Saturday lunchtime to pick us up early evening. After waiting past the booking time we rang and were told that the booking hadn't been passed on. This is obviously because they didn't want to come out of Bridlington to pick us up. I have always used 1st Line in the past, and recommended them to friends and guests, but NEVER again.
Booked a taxi to collect me, my 7 year old daughter and my 84 year old grandmother from an event at the spa last night at 12.45am (new years day). It did not show up, then nobody answering the telephone, obviously all other firms were booked up. So at 1am in the morning I had to walk us all home in the rain freezing and having to stop every so often for my grandmother to rest. Absolute disgrace, terrible service I will never use them again.
Taxi last night to sewerby road and back to st James, arrived near enough on booking time both ways even in the terribly icy conditions. I'm not great getting about as I'm disabled and on crutches but both drivers cared and made sure I got in and out safely which I was extremely pleased with Thank you both so much for making my journey with you safe, when back in brid will use you again thank you again Stuart
Phoned 1st line for a taxi lady said they had one available for 1:15 which was fine.. Anyway we waited over 20 mins for the taxi but it never showed up I phoned 11 time no awnser at all.. Nothing will not be using again sort your selfs out
I wouldn't use this taxi service as they are metered all others cost £4.50 pre journey a to b The first and last time I went got the first line a five minute drive with shopping cost me almost double it came to £8.60 the driver purposefully went the longest route to where I was going. The only good point he helped me bring my shopping to my door
