We had a great experience travelling in a 20-seater minibus to/ from Hull. Andy our minibus driver was friendly, easy going and remained flexible for the return the journey, making sure that we got to our destination on time. Communication and service was excellent. Great for large groups.
First class service. After the recent delays caused through air traffic control our return pick up was delayed a day and then took off 2 hours later than scheduled. The office changed the pick up to accommodate us and the driver on the day waited patiently for us. Outbound pick up was also on time and very professional. highly recommend their service.
2 hours late picking us up with no apology or reason that made sense. Driver had awful customer service and didn't account for his driver breaks or refuelling before picking us up meaning two further stops delaying us by another hour. Would never recommend.
We have recently used AirLink travel for our very early flights too and from Spain using Newcastle Airport, Can I just say that they are absolutely fantastic! Time keeping is a massive thing for me and they arrived 15 minutes early to ensure we had everything and was ready. The drive through to Newcastle was perfect with a 5/10 min break at the services. And we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. And it was exactly the same on the way home too, our driver was there waiting for us at the entrance! I would 100% recommend this company and we will most definitely use them again! Thank you so much.
We have just returned from our holiday. We used airlink travel to do 2 pick ups in different locations and the same on return. I would have no hesitation in recommending airlink. They were bang on time each way, drivers chatty. No problems.
We used airlink travel to transport a group of us and our bikes from East Yorkshire to Morecambe to ride the Way of the Roses and then return us home. They are extremely professional in all respects ensuring the safety of our equipment. The vehicles are clean and well maintained and the staff are courteous and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others or using them again.
If I could leave a zero I would. Every morning the same man parks in the middle of the road to pick someone up, even though there's a big enough gap for him to park in. It blocks the road which is near a school so myself and other parents who are trying to take there kids to school end up in a queue. He says he can't reverse with passengers on as its against the highway code! Absolute load of rubbish think you need to redo your test as you can't drive and clearly don't know the law of the road. Have a look at the rest of the reviews seems like you just annoy everyone on the road!! Terrible!!!!
