   Would give no stars if I could. Prebooked a taxi for 14:50pm today to take my disabled sister to an appointment. Only for the taxi not to show up. I called the firm only to be told there is no drivers available, they are all busy with the school run and don't know what time they'd be here. Not happy as there was no text or phone call to make me aware of this despite me pre-booking and as a result had to miss appointment! Luckily the people from the appointment was very understanding, but it's not the point! It's not on especially when your a regular customer such as myself for this company. Will not be using these services again as unreliable. When rang up to cancel also as was near appointment time the receptionist was very rude even though it wasn't my fault!! Don't recommend!

   First journey was fine, then cancelled our return taxi without informing me and expected me to wait 30 minutes out in the cold. Awful service of a taxi company, they don’t text you to confirm and expect you to magically know the taxi, license plate and when they arrive

   Absolutely disgusting service from a man in a white Toyota reg MK21 XWB spoke to us like dirt about amy 3 year old having a few specks of sand on him while trying to fix the issue and get a blanket for him to sit on he had another hissy fit and drove of! Disgusting customer service if you want to decline you can politely do so but no need to speak to us like rubbish and drive of leaving us stranded! Won’t be using again absolutely shocked he wants sacking!!!

   Late afternoon 14.8.21., we booked a taxi for 7.30pm, for 6 of us to be taken to a restaurant, on the seafront. I had to phone them when the taxi didn't arrive....EVENTUALLY got through...the taxi was 'on its way'. It did turn up at about 8pm. We were grateful. Booked them to pick us up from the restaurant at 11.15pm. The driver logged in the booking. 11.15pm...no taxi...didn't pick up the phone...EVENTUALLY got through to be told it was 'busy and the taxi was on its way'. It didn't arrive. We watched the restaurant close and the staff go home. In total, we sat on a wall and waited about an hour. We gave up and flagged down 2 independent taxis...they were so lovely and appreciative...we took their phone numbers for future reference and they got a good tip! I'd like an explanation and an apology... and not something like 'sorry we were busy'.

   Cab driver did not call to let us know he had arrived at the pub where we had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Unless they somehow become the only cab company in town, I will not be calling again. Never had such a bad experience with a driver. The driver was very rude and drove away before we could get in.

   Called the company, said the driver would be here straight away. Took half an hour before we called again and had the cheek to say that the driver had been here and beeped. Didn't come and knock after no one came out though??? Called back and hung up on us while we were talking. Called again, and hung up again while we were talking. Absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your time, so so rude
