Terrible shipping experience. They act like the process is going to be so smooth, however they fail to mention the possible charges and delays. I also i had to pay a cost of $150 for a mistake they made on my bill and the company refuses to pay because the charges were not imposed in England but they did admit to making the mistake. Unprofessional. Also i was told my good will arrive between 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks later and my goods have still not been delivered to me. I advise you find another shipping company although this may seem attractive because of the decent price it is not worth the troubles this company will put you through.
